Step 1
You'll need an old t-shirt, lots of duct tape, I used just over 3 rolls, glad wrap, a partner, and a lot of patience and co-operation. Begin with putting glad wrap around your neck and upper arms, this is only if you have a top with a low cut neck like mine. You don't want to be putting duct tape on your skin trust me. Also, don't do what I did, chose a nice colour of duct tape, not a horrible green ;)
Step 2
Then put on the top over the glad wrap carefully without stretching or moving it.
Step 3
Then next get your partner to begin putting the tape on like this and start covering the top completely. Try your best not to get wrinkles in the tape, which is hard, but unless you want to spend ages putting another medium on top to get rid of them later, it's worth your time.
Step 4 - Final Product
Lastly stuff with pillow stuffing and tape shut the holes. Sorry I dont have a pic of the finished dress form, as I used mine as a base for my dragon scale chest armour, (click on the pic for another tutorial link ->)
